Warranty

Bathlens Essentials warrants each product against manufacturing defects for the warranty period stated on that product's page, starting from the date of delivery shown on your Amazon order.

What is covered

Defects in materials or workmanship
Leaks arising from a manufacturing fault
Housing or fitting failure under normal domestic use

What is not covered

Filter cartridges and other consumable parts, which wear out through normal use
Damage from misuse, dropping, freezing, or water pressure beyond the rated range
Damage from installation that did not follow the supplied instructions
Normal cosmetic wear, scratches, and discolouration
Products bought from any seller other than our official Amazon listing

Making a claim

Email support@bathlens.com with your Amazon order ID, a description of the fault, and photographs or a short video. We will respond within two working days and, if the claim is valid, repair or replace the product at our discretion.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and does not limit them.
